Grorich Land Sdn Bhd is the property development & investment arm of Grorich that develops, invests and manages residential, commercial and resort properties within Malaysia.

We started our property business in early 2002 by contracting a RM45.5 million residential development project in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. The project consists of building 558 units of medium cost single and double storey terrace houses. We target to complete the project by early 2005.

In mid 2002, we acquired our first land bank with the purchase of a 100 acre sea front land in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. We plan to develop the land into a high class resort and residential area. This development project is expected to commence in mid 2005.
Other than property development, we also involved in property investment. Our property portfolio includes interests in 350,000 SQFT of commercial and industrial properties within Sabah.
